I can't say enough about Tuffy's service and sometimes it's the little things. I am handicapped so when the low tire pressure light came on its not easy for me to check. Stopped by this morning before work and 5 minutes later all the tires have been taken care of and I'm on my way! Thanks for everything you do!

I want to give a big shout out to LeLand, Jeff and Tanner and everyone at Tuffy's in Waterloon for all of the great service and help they give me. I am handicapped and have had trouble with the ramp on my van. Although this is out of their area of expertise they always do everything they can to get me going. Tanner has taken a real interest in this and gone out of his way to learn about my special needs and get me repaired. Great group of people. I would recommend them to anyone no matter what the problem!

I've been all over town within the last 6 years of owning any Vehicle.. I've even been to well known dealerships.. Nothing compares to Tuffy's services! They're all so respectful, kind and makes a paying customer feel like they matter. They always work me in whenever it is convenient for me. They do free estimates and know exactly what they're talking about! I highly recommend! Not only that but they always have coupons and discounts for Veridian or John Deere Employee's Etc.

The Tuffy in Waterloo was wonderful from the minute I walked in the door. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to drop my vehicle off for an oil change and then they text me when it was done. They even offered a shuttle to work so I wouldnt have to wait around. I would highly recommend Tuffy. The price of the oil change was great one of the lowest I have seen. I will be back again for future oil changes and any other work I need done on my vehicle. Thank you Tuffy!

Every time I have came into tuffys off of ansborough they have been very respectful and up front. I have taken my car originally to another car place and they always tried selling me different jobs when I would go in for a simple oil change. I finally got fed up and started having actual issues with my car so I took it to tuffys along with my list of the things this previous car place said was wrong with my car. They fixed everything fast and reasonable and even inspected my car and I found out they were just trying to make money the whole time. Needless to say I am going to keep coming back to Tuffys for their honesty and good customer service. Not to mention some of the prices
