This is my second time having the Waterloo location work on my car! I was a few minutes late for my appointment, I was still greeted by Ann with a smile ! Much better than I could say for the place that put tires on for me prior to arriving at Tuffys! My estimated time to have my repair done was an hour and. Angled to two hours! They had my car in and out in a hour! The best part is my car drives the best it has since I bought it! Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly! I drive over an hour to have this location work on my vehicle! It’s worth my time to make sure my car is performing well!

Matt & David went above and beyond to fix my A/C. There were many problems that had me return multiple times. They always took care of me, were very apologetic and after finding out the problem my A/C hasn’t blown this cold in a long time! Will recommend to everyone and definitely return. I had my wife's 2009 Forester taken into a few shops and they all estimated $4000 plus to fix it all, which almost made me decide to forget about it and start looking for a new car. When I finally remembered Tuffy, I took it to them and they estimated a little over $3000 and it is already half fixed. I'll never take either of my cars anywhere else other than Tuffy on Ansborough, Waterloo! I appreciate the service and the awesome staff who helped us!

My wife and I had the misfortune of having car issues as we traveled from Des Moines, Iowa to Central WI on Saturday 6/17/17. We were not able to find any shops that were either open or able to help us. I somehow managed to run across the Tuffy web site. I called and talked with Russ. the assistant manager. He was very helpful on the phone. As we got to the Waterloo shop around 3pm ( they closed at 4 pm) we were met by Russ and the crew , They were all very helpful took great care with our car. Within 1 hour they had found the issue with our car and repaired it. The repair cost was very reasonable. Russ explained to us about the warranty on their work. We are very grateful to Russ and his crew and would most defiantly have service work done at Tuffy's again. Dan and Cindy

To Whom It May Concern, We are holding a benefit at the end of this month for Michelle Newman. She’s 37 years old and has been battling breast cancer since October 2015. She is currently going through chemotherapy treatment and is scheduled to have a double mastectomy next month. Michelle is a wife and the mother of two boys. She enjoys being with family, kickboxing, kayaking, camping, and participating in 5K’s. The benefit will be held Saturday, April 30th at Lofty’s Lounge in Evansdale, Iowa. Recently I was traveling and experienced car trouble. Being from out of town I had my car towed to Tuffy auto for it to be looked at. I met Matt and Ann. They were both wonderful. It was a weekend and they were very busy but they were able to get my car in and found out what I needed that day. They wouldn't be able to get the part until later in the week but Josh who was also amazing was able to arrange for me to have a loaner car until the repairs were done. All in all they turned a potential disaster into the most positive situation that it could be. Great people and great service. Thank you Matt, Ann, and Josh for everything!
